Item Description
Large bold 1.75” w/back paper by St. Louis Button Co. w/design first used in 1944. Center is profile w/trademark hat. Text below reads “The Shadow Sundays-3:00 PM-KWHK Dial 1190.” Text above profile reads “Celotex Rock Wool Member Shadow Club.” Text on rim reads “Guy P. Miller Insulation Co. 907 West 4th, Hutchinson, Kan.” This company sponsored The Shadow radio show for only a few years. Very minor 3/16” scratch toward center of profile shows just a trifle against black color. Upper right edge has mere blush of pale pinktone at tiny area above “L” of “Wool.” Both defects are very minor. Button has high gloss and perfect centering. NM. Rare.
