Item Description
This ring is very likely c. 1934 and we consider it our first major premium ring discovery in many years. Made of silvered brass and w/trademark of maker Uncas on inner surface of adjustable bands. Upper sides have four grooved horizontal steps w/”Good” on one side and “Luck” on other running vertically. Ring top features detailed raised portrait of Chandu in turban. Initials “O” and “B” are at top corners w/”Chandu Club” below image. Uncertain if radio-related or related to 1934 serial starring Bela Lugosi in title role “The Return Of Chandu.” Other than trival tarnish to be expected w/age, essentially Mint. Rare.
