10.5" tall. Toy No. 700. Introduced in 1935 and made just one year. Shows wear/aging. Surface paper ripples, edge flakes. Bell has all-over oxidation. Split on body has been re-glued and hairline is visible. A rare and early Fisher-Price toy. VG.
