Item Description
2.25x4x2.5" tall. c. 1950s. Beautiful litho color tin wind-up by Line Mar Toys under King Features Copyright. Winding causes Popeye figure on underside to lift the tank but this version does not flip the tank over in a circle, as designed and made, not a defect. Popeye's face appears on top with arm on side of turret pointing. Tank side shows Popeye shooting gun from side window. Olive appears in back window. Wimpy appears on opposite side by key. Popeye is also seen on front of tank and die-cut figure under tank. Bright, glossy. VF.
