Item Description
4x4.5x8". Features a rotund smiling caricature of FDR sitting cross-legged. Text on reverse reads "The Chief" w/additional text below reading "A 'Claycature' by Ray C. French". Tiny cigarette in his hand has likely chipped off, this is trivial as the only other example known to us does not have this feature at all. Otherwise typical scattered crazing on surface only seen in reflected light. VF. A scarce 3-D anti-FDR item. Mike Nichols Collection.
