4.5x7x4" to boot top. c. 1940s. Copper luster metal paper holder for desktop has .75x1.75" plaque with text. Attached boots with spurs are open for holding matches, paper clips, etc. Scattered tiny dots of luster loss noticeable under close inspection. Original felt bottom.
