Back panel has image of Hoppy and Topper. Text at bottom reads "Cut Photo Out For Pin-Up Or Scrapbook." Fourth panel shows seven "Savings Rodeo" buttons. Inner flap of box lid missing. 2" horizontal split on photo panel. Light handling wear. Box VG. Enclosed 4.5" plastic bank with bronze finish has text on back reading "Erie County Savings Bank/Buffalo, N.Y." Bank is Mint as made.
