12x24.5x2.5" deep box. Game board unfolds to 23.5x23.5". © 1964. Elaborate and detailed board game w/many molded plastic pieces. Insert in box has color images of characters and text including "Storage Vault/Story of the Game/Heart Token Tray/Below Are The Thrilling Perils." On front of cardboard "Vault" reads "This Vault Contains: Heroine/Villain/4 Heroes/Heroes Car/3 Dice/Heart Tokens/Plus These Accessories And Instructions/Mine Shack Door/Locomotive Stack/Sawmill Table/Sawmill Blade/Time Bomb Clock Hand/Locomotive Trestle/Automobile Seat." Game is complete w/colorful 12-page instruction book including color illustrations w/directions and "Story Scripts." Figural plastic pieces include automobile, locomotive, bulldog, alligator, 2" tall painted figures of Pauline and villain. © 1964 by Louis Marx & Co. Box lid has additional text "As Seen On TV/Cast Of Characters/By Marx." Three of four corners have old clear tape reinforcement o/w lid remains bright and sturdy. Box bottom has one corner split, plastic heart-shaped tokens and accessories are in original clear plastic packaging. Very nice game w/all original parts. Exc.
