Box has two 1" tears on two sides, tape repairs to one inside flap and on outside of flap on opposite end o/w clean and tight. Still displays VF. A closeup portrait of a race car driver is illustrated on box side, presumably the Cannonball Keller character. However, we are unable to find any information on him so he is probably a ficticious person created by Marx, not an actual race car driver of the period. Car has just a bit of paint missing from one lower fender as produced and a few other minor paint nicks. Exc. Trailer and race car are NM, however, bottom of race car has warped just a tiny bit so windup does not work freely although with a little push, racecar will propel forward. First we've seen this particular set. Scarce.
