Item Description
11" tall vinyl headed, cloth bodied puppet in original box. Circa 1963 American Character. Topo Gigio was very popular in Italian TV and in children's magazines, animated cartoons, merchandising and movies. In 1963, the character's popularity spread to the world after being featured on The Ed Sullivan Show in the U.S. Box has some lt. aging/wear. Lt. warp to box. Price written on top in faded pen. Bottom box strip has two heavy creases. VG. Lt. aging/wear. Small black pen mark on pants. Puppet otherwise appears unused. Exc.
