Item Description
1.75x3.5x9.75" original box w/large display window containing 8" tall poseable figure in polyester outfit. ©DC Comics 1979. Box has unique art to the Popy version with no mention of the Mego Corporation and has nice art of Superman on box front plus fully drawn Superman and Batman on back, all by Neal Adams. Box Has heavy moisture/water damage as does insert. Insert paper is tearing at holes where attached w/tie. Window is fully intact. Box has staining marks and surface paper has scattered cracking. Bottom flap missing strip of surface paper. Fair/Good. Type 2 figure is missing chest sticker but has boots and cape. Lt. staining at some seams. Displays Fine. A scarce variation made for the Japanese market.
