9x12. Front side reads "Roosevelt and Humanity: Keep the People's Heart in Government." Reverse reads "Chicago's Best is Yours" w/ facsimile signature of Edward Kelly, the Chicago mayor. Likely from the 1940 DNC held in Chicago. Scattered edge staining w/ vertical crease along left side on front/right side on reverse. Otherwise moderate handling. Fine.
