3.25x5.25" vertical format c. early 1930s. Booklet deals w/Miss Dolly Dooitt and Mr. Julius J. Jazzhound engaging in various sexual activities until Dolly gets kicked out and runs into a Keystone Kop-like character. Subtitle reads "A Dispicable Narrative In 28 Heart-Rending Spasms-Anon. Obscenely Illustrated." British price below. Page 1 reads "Translated From The French" and lists Haigh & Downing, Ltd.," a London publisher. Exc. Art includes anti-semitic theme as Jazzhound is caricatured Jewish man. 24-page story is illustrated in one panel sequences w/additional illustration/narration below. Last four pages consist of "Advertising Section" w/first page featuring image of Dolly disrobing w/sign tied about waist w/text. Following three pages are ads for ficticious machines like "Le Parisian Intercourse Machine" (a Rube Goldberg-like machine for single women) and the "Ceinture Radio Hook-Up" for couples. Extremely high quality illustrations. Paper is quality coated stock printed on one side only. Covers have dust soiling, creased as is usual at top two staples. VG-Fine w/Exc. contents. Only the second copy we've seen.
