Item Description
1.25" w/ bottom edge text "Copr. W.F. Miller, N.Y.C. 1916". Uncle Sam's cartoon balloon reads "Let 'em Come" as he kneels with rifle, cannon by his side, airplane overhead and places a ship in the harbor waters. Faint hint of tone on the extreme red rim edge only from 5-7 o'clock. All else totally clean and with high gloss. Cello surface is a remarkable NM. Among the very top best WWI designs.
