US 12 Back blister card contains 4.75" tall action figure of The Flash w/"Power Action Lightning Legs" leg action when arms are squeezed together. Also comes w/mini comic book. Kenner, ©1984 DC Comics. Card has "Fan Club" offer. Card has been punched. Original price sticker. Lt. aging/wear. Corner creasing. Blister remains firmly affixed to card but lower left corner is lifting from corner creasing and still clear. Small dent son lower corners. Few edge scrapes on back. Card displays VG. Figure is NM as packaged.
