Item Description
US 12 Back blister card contains 4" tall action figure of The Penguin w/"Power Action Umbrella Arm" arm action when legs are squeezed together. Also comes w/mini comic book and umbrella. Kenner, ©1984 DC Comics. Card has "Fan Club" offer. Card has been punched. Lt. aging/wear. Scattered heavy creasing. Lower left corner bump. Blister remains firmly affixed to card and clear. Inside bottom lip of blister has thin strip of lifting. Few edge scrapes on back. Card displays Good. Figure is NM as packaged.
