US 23 Back blister card contains 4.75" tall action figure of Green Arrow w/"Power Action Archery Pull" arm action when legs are squeezed together. Also comes w/mini comic book, bow and arrow. Kenner, ©1984 DC Comics. Card has "Superman Cape" offer. Card is unpunched. Lt. aging/wear. Wear at punch. Scattered lt. creasing on card. Original price sticker. One edge scrape and lower edge tanning on back of card. Blister remains firmly affixed to card and clear. Card is VG. Figure is NM as packaged.
