5.5" by 5' long inflatable vinyl c. 1960s. When inflated, lower portion forms a circle to wrap around user. 2' long neck has 7x10" face. Bob Clampett trademark appears by Cecil's name. Inflates but w/slow leak o/w VF. Rare.
