22x28" on thick stock. Howard Samuels served as Under Secretary of Commerce during the Johnson Administration and was a special advisor for the campaign of John F. Kennedy. He ran for governor of New York in 1970 and 1974. Chisholm, a member of Congress, ran for President in 1972. Text above portraits reads "He Cares". Below is information regarding the primary election, including the date it was held: June 23rd, 1970. Bright and crisp w/only light edge wear. Exc. Will frame to NM.
