Item Description
Both 1.25". Carnival button has no back paper but New Lights button has paper of Lopez, Boston c. 1912. First button has great image of prancing jester in mask and holding a marotte (a prop stick or scepter). Second button has hand with flaming torch to symbolize the city's new lights- with both buttons dated for Aug. 14. Both NM. Both first seen.
