Item Description
16.5x16.5". Features portraits of President Roosevelt, David R. Francis (President of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition), Thomas Jefferson, and Napoleon Bonaparte. In center is the program of events for the World's Fair Dedication, held from April 30 to May 2, 1904. Included themed days, such as "Centennial Day", "Diplomatic Day", and "Civic Day." Included addresses by Ex-President Grover Cleveland, NY Governor Benjamin Odell, Cardinal Gibbons, and David Francis, among many others. Slight aging, most notably on the events for "Civic Day" at the bottom center, otherwise a few tiny scattered spots w/light scattered handling. VF.
