37.5x48.25" frame w/30x42" cloth banner. "Copyright 1900 G. G. Rookwood New York." Six spots of light brown toning w/three affecting portrait. Light fading, scattered small fabric pulls, and minor edge fraying. Fine. A commanding banner that is among the nicest display artifacts for TR's 1900 campaign for Vice President.
