Item Description
6.5x8.5x2" deep c. 1932 w/name "Walter E. Disney" beneath Mickey's dancing feet and the scene title above their image "Happy Days Are Here Again." Underside has individual English registration number as well as the mark of the company although a five letter word which might be "Regal" is missing from above the second line of text reading "Paragon China." The upper right top flat edge of the bowl has a st. bit of yellow coloration to it. This color continues on the inside vertical rim of bowl as well as on the outside vertical rim of bowl. On the outside rim the tone is a bit creamier white color than the rest of the white china. While this seems to be some sort of a repair, we cannot detect the reason why it was necessary and since most of it is on either the inner or outer edge surfaces, actually very little of it shows at all when the piece is viewed straight on. The image of Mickey and Minnie have only a couple scattered hairline wear marks, mostly on their ears and a couple of hairlines on Mickey's shoes. Piece still displays extremely Fine. From a rare china series highly sought by today's collectors.
