Pair of hardcovers from 1933, each 7.5x9.75". Full title is "Mickey Mouse Presents His Silly Symphonies Babes In The Woods/King Neptune." One is the American edition by Blue Ribbon Books while the other is English by Dean & Son Ltd. Both have 48 stiff paper pages w/four choice full color pop-ups. The story illustrations in the Blue Ribbon book are black/yellow while they are just bw in the Dean book. Also the color scheme of the covers differs. The Blue Ribbon book has noticeable gaps at all of the signatures although all still remains intact by the binding string. Pages also have scattered margin aging. Cover has moderate scattered wear and aging, a 1x1.5" black ink stain on back cover along right edge. Overall VG but pop-ups remain Exc. The Dean book has scattered lt. aging to page margins, four of the bw pages have some coloring. Pop-ups show lt. wear, one has small tape repair at fold line. Cover has moderate scattered soiling, trace of edge wear. Overall still a solid copy w/tight binding. Cover is VG to Fine, contents are Fine to VF.
