Item Description
Lot of two, each 5" long tin litho c. 1955. No Disney markings but a nice match to the Marx Davy wagon train (see previous item). Both are marked "Davy Crockett" and depict Davy as the driver holding string reins attached to a pair of horses. Stagecoach includes images of passengers at windows, luggage on roof. Wagon includes images of rifles, pick axe and arrows. Back reads "Remember The Alamo." Both have scattered tiny paint nicks and scratches. Friction on wagon works, friction on stagecoach slips a bit. Fine. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
