Item numbers 955 though 2537 in auction 191
Item Description
7.75x10.75" wood frame holds glass w/painted scene on reverse which is complete w/original cardboard backing containing text about the series of pictures produced in the mid-1930s by Reliance Picture Frame Co., including "Hand Processed Enamels Right On The Glass." Scene is designated D-120. As issued, frame is green w/gold trim. Reverse has pair of thumb tacks w/thin hanging cord, we suggest wire if picture is hung. Glorious depiction of Mickey, Minnie, Horace and Clarabelle headed to "Mosquito Lake" w/Pluto running alongside their jalopy. Our favorite in the entire series. Essentially Mint. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
