6.5x8" by Ayers & James Pty. Ltd. © 1946. Australian version of the Grosset & Dunlap book. Book has 32 pages w/story art on every page in either bw or full color including a number of full page illustrations. Front and back covers are shown in our photo w/same art appearing on both the book's cover and dust jacket. Jacket has trace of dust soiling and very ft. 3" long moisture streak along spine edge. VF. Book has very st. warp along right edge but remains exceptionally tight and clean. N. Mint. Scarce.
