Complete and extensive set of 96 different. 2.75x4.25” paper cards from 1930s promotion issued by various bakery & dairy companies and intended to be mounted in the Mickey Mouse Recipe Scrapbook. Each features choice art on front, primarily featuring Mickey & Minnie Mouse. A few of the backs are blank variety but vast majority have text including advertising & recipes along with imprints for a number of different issuers. All have scattered trace of aging and margin wear, many backs have some degree of staining from glue used to mount these in a scrapbook. Additionally some have missing surface paper due to this. Many also have a tiny 1/8” to .25” tear on top or bottom margin. While most of the cards have wear/aging for the most part this does not affect the art which remains bright, clean & colorful. While there are some in VG and some in VF the vast majority of this set grades about Fine. Rarely offered as a complete set.
