Item Description
3.75" dia. w/loop at 12 o'clock on reverse. Hull commanded the the USS Constitution among other ships and was Commodore in the U.S. Navy during the Barbary Wars and the War of 1812. Hull famously defeated the HMS Guerriere in a naval battle of the coast of Nova Scotia in August of 1812, marking an early victory for the Americans in the war. Moderate wear on outer mirror finish, otherwise light wear from limited use. Overall VF. Rex & Patti Stark Collection.
