Other side features scene of victorious Washington w/soldiers and ship in background w/text "By Virtue And Valor, We Have Free'd Our Country, Extended And Laid The Foundation Of A Great Empire." Two remaining sides w/nautical scenes. Interior of bowl shows linked states surrounding three women w/text "Deus Nobis Haec Otia Fecit" translating to "God Has Given Us This Tranquillity".
