Item Description
32x37.5" matted w/28x33.5" opening. Banner affixed to board and matted. Some scattered moisture staining, most notably along left edge just left of draped flags and "Woodrow Wilson." Some minor paint cracking on portrait and text w/some paint smudging on the "L" in "Wilson." Fading on blue cloth background that has produced an even brown-gray color. VG, displays above grade.
