13.5x20.5" on thin paper. Rally w/ speech by Hon. B. H. Steele is dated September 21, 1872. Grant and Wilson flag ceremony dated September 19, 1872. Benjamin H. Steele served as an Associate Justice on the Vermont Supreme Court from 1865-1870. Horizontal creases from fold lines, otherwise moderate wear and handling. Some edge wear. Overall VF.
