Complete numbered set by same French company as #2459. 1936. Reverse of each piece has matching company mark including name "Faiencerie d'Onnaing" along w/small Mickey image. Each plate features choice color scene and these are numbered consecutively 1-14. Cake platter is #15. The 14 serving plates are 7.25" dia. while the large cake platter is 11" dia. The plates feature 3.5" dia. image while platter image is slightly larger at 4.25". Platter is also designed w/open handles. All have raised circular designs accented in silver and matching styling of the tea set. The choice images are scenes of Mickey and Minnie at a circus, selling fruits and vegetables door to door, enticing wild animals to board a boat, receiving a large group of presents, etc. The platter depicts large image of Mickey leaping w/circus in the bkg. and text below "Hop-La." The platter has 1/8" surface flake just to the right of Mickey's face. All pieces have additional scattered lt. trace of wear to the silver accents and some scattered tiny traces of color loss to the images but set overall remains very bright, clean w/glossy appearance. Fine to VF. Rare.
