13.5x17.75" on cardboard w/"Republican National Committee Washington DC" at lower left and a "New York 420" union bug at lower right. Signed in print by artist "Jay Thomas" at lower right. Large players labeled Inflation, War Threats and Communism pile on Truman and Barkley who have fumbled the "National Security" ball while coach Uncle Sam gestures to the bench where Dewey & Warren are ready to come in. Restoration to address moisture marks along top edge now only seen on verso. Edge wear and handling. Displays Fine. Fantastic caricatures and crossover sports theme make this among the most interesting Dewey posters we've encountered.
