Auction 192 - Part I
Item numbers 1 though 1052 in auction 192
Item Description
7x10x6" tall. Molded paper mache. Shaped like Korean War military helmet. Back third has dark moisture stain, but front displays nicely and defect free. Light handling wear around brim. This military helmet design and the pro-Stevenson button depicting Bill Mauldin's G.I. cartoon character are two examples of the Stevenson campaign efforts to counter Ike's advantage in military matters. Only one we've seen. Rare.
