7.5" tall. c. 1940s. Painted composition. Figure has comb-over hair, Hitler type mustache. Smaller version with loop at top was offered in Auction #185. .5" dia. hole in bottom. Professional restoration. Now has Mint appearance. Great design. First we've seen of this large size.
