Item Description
28x40.5". Linen backed. Issued by U.S. Government Printing Office/U.S. Army. Portrait done by famed artist Bettina Steinke. She also did the famous portrait of General Eisenhower in uniform as well as many other notable portaits. Henry Harley (Hap) Arnold was the first and only general of the Air Force (1949). Moderate touch-ups at fold lines. Bright and clean appearance. Displays Exc.
