6x8.75" w/20 pages and stiff glossy cover. Features artwork only of the park rather than real photos as it was still under construction when this was published. Also has text dealing w/each of the attractions plus two photos of Walt. Back cover features "Guide Map." Slightest cover wear, minute pinch creases at spine but still an Exc. copy of this historic Disneyland item.
