7/8" of bellows-style camera mounted on bicycle handlebars. Inscription is "Poco Cameras Are Best - Sold By I.U. Doust, Syracuse." Backpaper is 1896 style by button maker Whitehead & Hoag. Rare, second example we've seen. Exc. and displays Mint.
