Item Description
2.5x4" stiff paper card in rw w/printing on each side. 1940 issued by Skelly Oil Co. Front has inked name of original recipient at designated area noting rank of "Junior Pilot" enabling bearer to "Carry The Captain Midnight Flight Patrol Medal Of Membership And Participate In Patrol Activities." Front also includes silhouette plane images and Skelly logo. Reverse has unsigned "Parent Or Guardian" line and pilot license number has been filled in w/"36." Reverse includes code and has additional pair of plane silhouette images, the 12 numbered blocks along left edge have not been punched. Exc.
