1.5" with all-over tiny spotting but still clear, glossy image of policeman in 1900 era uniform. Backpaper by Wm. P. Mount of Cleveland with "'96" patent date. Fragment of ribbon under collet but rest is gone. Hake book Collectible Pin-Back Buttons photo example Police section #350. Comes with Hake's COA. Only one known.
