Inside text gives graphs, illustrations and text showing the increased popularity and salability of Max Fleischer's characters. Many color illustrations of Popeye and Betty Boop. Also includes promotion for "Paramount's Grantland Rice Sport Lights" and "Musical Romances In Three-Color Technicolor" plus "Max Fleischer Color Classics" and "Max Fleischer's Sinbad The Sailor Starring Popeye." Back page has bw illustrations of newsreel type of shorts including Mussolini's troops and Hitler's troops. One vertical fold through center, 1/8" wide surface paper loss w/glue residue on left spine where insert had been attached to larger magazine. Four pairs of staple holes appear on left but remain insignificant. Overall VF.
