1.75" of young lady costumed in sailor outfit with town name on her hat and each collar tip marked with initial "K," likely denoting Korn Karnival. Has W&H paper used 1898-1900 and event was likely in 1899. Very tiny raised cello bump catches reflected light but overall superior condition and displays Mint.
