14" tall. c. 1918. Very rare carnival chalk ware prize. Movable arms. Front of base reads "Victory." Gold-painted buttons on jacket. Button on hat reads "US." Scuffs on face and hands. Scattered missing paint flakes. Surface dust. A rare item. First we've seen. Fine.
