Item Description
6x12x1" generic box c. 1940s. Clear, clean original cellophane window. Box holds 6x12" printed heavy cardboard insert with illustrations of Tracy and Junior. The braces (suspenders) come with text below reading "Wear These Braces And Be A Member Of The Official Dick Tracy Detective Club." One suspender has shield-shaped slide with gold luster finish and illustration of Tracy with text "Dick Tracy Crime Stoppers." To right of suspenders is attached and identified magnifying glass, police badge and whistle. These items are not identified as official Dick Tracy issue but original to card, therefore issued with suspenders. Color and illustration is bright and clean. Old store stock. Mint in box.
