Item Description
Overall 7.75x10" board with 9.5" tall mounted Hartland figures. Mid-1950s. The story as we know it is that these were presented by Jay Silverheels as sales awards to Merita salesmen for superior sales in their region. 1.5x2" decal applied to painted wood base reads "'55+5 Merita Bread And Cakes." Tiny color flakes missing on decal. The Lone Ranger figure is "Champ" style mid-1950s. Horse "Silver" is "Champ" style horse with black tack and beaded chain reins. Early Tonto with brown headband and solid black belt. Horse "Scout" bridleless version. Accessory pieces glued in place as issued for presentation. Overall VF. Only one we've ever offered. Rare.
