4x5.75" mailer holds 1945 Ralston premium fold-over card with ribbon and medal. Mailer has 3 pinholes, o/w Exc. 3.5x5" stiff paper folder with cover text including "The Beautiful Service Ribbon Is Made By The Same Company That Makes Service Ribbons Our Heroes In The Armed Forces Wear." A nice, patriotic connection to WWII. Inside is blank with 3 pin holes where ribbon medal was originally attached. Light surface dust, o/w folder VF. 1.5" medal with checkerboard fabric over metal bar pin suspending glow-in-dark plastic medal designed like horseshoe with TM checkerboard logo in center. This still glows. Badge Exc.
