Item Description
14.5" tall. 6x6" glazed tile w/brown/tan image of back of Crockett w/name at his side. Spear and shield image on right side. Tile is held in black painted metal frame w/lamp arm attached. Original cord and socket. Works. Shade is 5" dia. tapers to 6.25" dia. by 6" tall. Brown/yellow image shows coonskin cap and crossed arrows w/"Davy Crockett" in yellow. Tan paper is textured to give rugged look. .75x1.5" lt. moisture stain on back of shade but does not show when displayed. c. 1950s. Shade is VF, tile remains glossy and overall Exc. Rare.
