Item Description
When King Kong was released in 1933, some promotional materials featured the sub-title "8th Wonder Of The World." We have not seen this button pictured in Kong's promotional materials, but it seems likely this 1930s era button was issued to be worn by movie theater employees to inspire word-of-mouth promotion for the movie. 2.25" size makes it easy to read. Over a large question mark is text "What Is The 8th Wonder Of The World - I Know - Ask Me!" Only the second we've seen, the first was catalogued as item #3 in the Monsters Misc. section of Hake's Character Toys, Edition 6. Rare and essentially Mint.
