In same format as previous item, also with 96 pages, however contents are entirely different to reflect new merchandise for 1940-41. The great cover art is repeated front/back. Much Pinocchio merchandise is featured. Many of the manufacturers mentioned in the previous item are once again represented here but others include American Toy Works games, Brayton Laguna figurines, Courvoisier Galleries prints, Fishbach costumes, N.N. Hill Brass Co. pull toys, Krueger dolls, Multi Products Pinocchio figures/plaques, much, much more. There are also several pages featuring signs, store displays, etc. for premium promotions including the Pinocchio Circus. This catalogue also has the intact catalogue order card for additional copies through Kay Kamen. The top left corner has unfortunately been affected by moisture resulting in a light stain on most pages no larger than 1.5x2.5". Inside front and back covers have small bit of surface paper loss at this area where cover was once stuck to the facing pages. Rest of contents not affected in this manner and o/w remain clean. Cover has trace of edge/margin wear but remains bright and glossy. Fine. An invaluable reference and a rarely offered catalogue.
